Earth Care

Wednesday’s Reflection

EVERYONE CAN GET INVOLVED in earth care, regardless of where they live, how much money they make, how old they are, or how much free time they have. I’ve established some everyday practices that have a positive impact on the environment. I turn out the lights when I leave a room. I use email as much as possible; and when I receive a package in the mail, I save the box to use again. When I go out to eat, I choose a restaurant that serves organic or locally-grown food. I may not have the money to install solar panels or the time to grow a community garden, but I can take everyday steps toward better earth care.
