Opportunities for Prayer

Saturday’s Reflection

EVERY DAY is full of opportunities to infuse daily chores with prayer:

  • While making the bed, express gratitude and prayerful support for the person who sleeps there.
  • During window cleaning, pray to see more clearly with the eyes of love.
  • While repotting a plant, ask what in your life needs a larger container of expression or understanding.
  • Even while sweating and straining, be reminded of the amazing wonders of the body.

Today’s Question

Rather than trying to make more time for prayer, think of times throughout the day when you can pause to connect with God. Share your reflections.
